The company’s flagship product is a web-based application designed to manage large-scale media libraries (photos, videos, audio files, documents…). As a direct result of 15+ years of independent R&D, our product is the most flexible DAM on the market and the solution chosen by clients to manage their large digital assets libraries.
With no external investors to please, OL Vietnam has the rare freedom to pursue its unique product vision focused on users while growing at a fast pace.

I like the company’s visions, the pride it takes in its innovative in-house product and the values it believes in. I also chose OL because of the challenging environment where I could constantly push myself to gain new knowledge everyday, master my skills in different areas and thrive exceedingly as a developer.
My favorite thing about my job is the people I am surrounded by. They are all talented developers with tons of experience and wisdom who genuinely care about me as a person and my personal growth as a developer. Everyone shares the same passion and dedication to the company’s mission of delivering a par excellence product.
The pantry is filled up everyday with fruit, snacks, yogurt… It’s amazing that you can chew all the days but it’s also a disaster if you’re on a diet like me.
The computers we are using are as “”fat”” as me in memory, and our screens are very comfortable to use.
Orange Logic gives absolute priority to its product and encourages us to make suggestions to improve it. You may get challenged occasionally, and it is done respectfully so you have a chance to improve yourself.
That is the least you can expect when working for big guys
Honestly, I initially choose Orange Logic for its very competitive salary package & multiple benefits that put them above their competitors. Having now worked there for several months, I am developing very precious skills for my career as a software engineer, and my productivity has sky rocketed thanks to the advice and support I got from the team.
The coolest skill I have started to develop is problem solving: Our product Cortex is gigantic and building it gives me plenty of occasions to practice this very valuable skill, when fixing a bug or adding a new function.The sharing sessions with the team, especially the feedback from senior members are real opportunities to top up my game.
